Terms of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms of Sale apply to all service agreements concluded by [Company Name] (the "Provider") with its clients (the "Client"), regardless of any clauses that may appear in Client documents, including their general purchasing conditions.

2. Orders

Any order placed with the Provider is firm and final upon receipt by the Provider of a purchase order or signed quote from the Client, accompanied where applicable by the required deposit.

3. Pricing and Payment

Services are provided at rates in effect on the order date, expressed in euros and excluding taxes. VAT is applicable at the current rate.

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, payment is as follows: 40% on order, 30% during production, balance upon delivery. Invoices are payable within 30 days from invoice date.

4. Delivery Times and Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication only and without guarantee. A delay does not authorize the Client to cancel the sale or refuse deliverables.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

The Provider's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage.

The execution of the Provider's obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of an unforeseen event or force majeure that would prevent their execution.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
